What is so special about PureGano?

Shipping

When is my order shipped?

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on whether it is an *International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. *Please see International Orders for more details.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please email us at hello@puregano.com

Entering discount/gift card code.

On the last page before your click "complete my purchase" there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press "complete my purchase". You cannot enter coupon codes if you click the "pay with PayPal" option or combined with other discount codes. You have to use the direct checkout feature to enter a code. Where's my package?

We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 4pm PDT (California Time). When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

What are the shipping rates?

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for all domestic orders. Keep your eye out for free shipping and other promotions that we offer to our exclusive mailing list.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the US only. We are working hard to get the best international shipping rates to be able to offer our products worldwide.

How long does it take my coffee to get here?

We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 4pm PDT (California Time). We ship mainly USPS First Class & USPS Priority. This means that once your order has left our warehouse, it will be to you in 2-5 business days. It tends to be closer to two, but some packages may take a little bit longer. If you’ve been waiting more than five days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem.

How can I change my order once it's been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

How do I return an item/receive a refund?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your PureGano Coffee, send it back for a full refund. That’s how committed we are to this coffee. You will just need to email us at hello@puregano.com sending us a quick message on why it didn’t meet your standards and we will send you a prepaid return label with instructions. We are always looking for ways to improve our product.

Where can I buy my PureGano Coffee Products?

You can buy PureGano Coffee products exclusively here on our website. We’re not yet located in any retail locations, but when we branch out we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on all of our locations!

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures. PayPal.com or Shopify Payments

How do I order a gift for someone?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked, after we receive the item. You will just need to email us at hello@puregano.com requesting a return/exchange. We will email you a prepaid return label with instructions and immediately after receiving the item, we will issue you a full refund.

How should I store this coffee and how long will it last?

The thing to keep in mind when storing coffee is humidity. Keep coffee away from humidity and store at room temperature. Our coffee last 1 year or less due to our commitment of not adding preservatives.

Do you have a wholesale catalog or program?

We're actually currently working on a wholesale program. First, email us at hello@puregano with your interest in buying wholesale, and from there we will email you with a few questions.
